That is where our Builders come in.

Builders are professionals, tradespeople, business owners, educators, mentors, and experienced members of the community who are willing to invest in our Apprentices. Through teaching, mentoring, encouragement, and real-world guidance, Builders help young men develop the skills, discipline, character, and confidence needed to accomplish the vision of becoming a Caretaker.

You don't have to be a professional mentor to make a difference. If you simply have a heart to serve and would like to volunteer your time, there is a place for you here. We'll work with you to identify where your experience, abilities, and time can make the greatest impact.
